NOT FOR MONTHLY PARKERS. I've been at this garage for probably over 10 years. I will say for the price you pay you don't get much service any more. NO EV Parking. And recently they closed an entrance on 21st street which causes you to have to go all the way around the block and come in on the PG&E side. YET the PG&E employees come in on another 21st st entrance that is not accessible to monthly parkers (with security). If it was not such proximity to my work I would change. If no stars was an option, that would be more accurate. The parking rates are at a super high premium. The customer service is unacceptable. The out and out lies, inaccurate statements and fraudulent billing is appalling. If your bill is wrong, call customer no service, wait on hold for 45 minutes or so, and then talk to a surly representative who will not be helpful, lie and do nothing. They are argumentative and disrespectful. This is a gated garage in the evening that you must have a pass card to enter. They have security... read more
