If no stars was an option, that would be more accurate. The parking rates are at a super high premium. The customer service is unacceptable. The out and out lies, inaccurate statements and fraudulent billing is appalling. If your bill is wrong, call customer no service, wait on hold for 45 minutes or so, and then talk to a surly representative who will not be helpful, lie and do nothing.
