I wouldn’t recommend this parking garage. It’s located on a dead end street. Their “early bird” rate ends at 5 PM, so if you return even a little later like at 6 PM, your cost jumps from about $14 and change to $64. These prices are very unreasonable, especially when many other garages in the busiest parts of the city allow early bird parking until at least 7 PM or later. There are definitely better and options nearby.
Terrible customer service I pulled up with a reservation and the employee just says back up guy and says he can't help me I already paid for the parking and I had to chase him down for him to even explain to me why. Ok he has monthly parking that has to come out in order for me to come in and park my car all he needed to do was explain that to me instead of brushing me off terrible service it's crazy how unprofessional some people are.
