Worst experience I’ve ever had in a parking lot. First, the machine did not work, I introduce my ticket and it charged me, after I payed the machine went out of service, but they charged me!!! After that, I waited like 30 min until someone answer the phone, when they did it, the guy was super rude and kept saying that the problem was that my payment was declined (what was a completely lie). VERY EXPENSIVE DO NOT PARK HERE. More expensive than Toronto evening downtown parking there are better cheaper options, use them.
Overpriced parking in a city with a homeless crisis. Do not park here. $35+ per a day!
If I could give -100000000 I would. Raining day, running late to work, after a morning routine with a toddler and still had to deal with Impark and their HangTag app that does not work properly. No one could help, just say that I had to pay even if the problem was with the HangTag app that did not procced the payment and started the clock anyway.
