Criminal. Paid for two hours of parking and got a $98 ticket 15 minutes later. Impark unavailable. @ssholes
I buy a ticket and then two minutes later get a parking notice. No online dispute system, Impark, you're a joke.
I paid $10 for 1-hour of parking and literally 5 minutes later one of their goofs writes a parking ticket. His excuse was “oh the computer wasn’t updated” (I’m a web dev, that’s either a lie or they use the worst system possible). Then, to dispute the ticket I’m supposed to only upload 1 photo with a digital receipt and physical ticket? Absolute clown show.
I was blown away when saw the price compared to the cost to park on the street meters. $8.50 an hour vs $1.75 at a meter and you don’t know until you park as the price is not advertised for this reason
There is no obvious free parking in downtown Kelowna, makes it clear that the city values it's own revenue over that of it's businesses. Hard to go shop and spend tourist dollars with no free parking.
