I park at lot #298 in Calgary and have had multiple issues with Impark's services. Most recently, they have changed my parking structure to reserve the first 2 floors for employees in the building and floors four and below for residents of the buildings, leaving only floor 3 for paying monthly parkers. This has made it impossible to find an unreserved spot for my car when I pay an extremely expensive monthly price to be able to park here. One of the customer service representatives (the one that works for a monthly parking department) was extremely rude and raised his voice at me. It's unfortunate I forgot his name but this is the testament to a poor customer service at Impark. Disgusting!
A bit out of the way from the restaurants but a good parking spot if you download the hang tag app.
