Upon cancelling my parking Impark informed me they made a policy change this week, without telling anyone, my friend who parks in the same lot got a full refund on tuesday this week. When I finally got through on Friday to cancel they would not grant me a refund. Absolutely brutal customer experience and a terrible experience from Impark.
