Parking prices are fair and reasonable
I was required to pick up a access device at the Ancaster office. 9-2pm as I signed up 3 days ago. No one is in the office. It’s 9:33. No mention of covid closure on the website or office door. No one answers phones till 10am or 7am pacific, which clues me in it’s a national phone Q
Great place.
With almost no notice, sent a letter saying they would permanently close the appartment's only parking lot to monthly parking passes (in downtown Hamilton) and demanded we hand back parking devices within 7 days of termination. Little did we know, the landlord had actually switched parking companies and Impark had just sent tenants a passive-aggressive letter to rile people up. Very unprofessional and borderline juvenile behaviour. This was a bad-faith and unwaranted move by this company.
