Do not park in any of these stalls here. I had parked here on a Saturday, paid at the correct meter, parked at the meter I entered the stall at only to receive a final notice of $98 indicating that I had not displayed a ticket over a month later. When going online and by phone to dispute, the agents said I did not have to display a ticket, yet my fine was for parking at an incorrect stall. This underground parking lot is actually operated by 2 Impark lots. Yes you heard me right! It's lot #960 and Lot #900. Both operated by Impark. I got ticketed at Lot #960 because I paid at the meter at #900. Anyone whose been here knows that this is one parking lot. It is literally the same parking lot but with 2 completely different pay station. Absolutely a scam by Impark. Will be avoiding Impark where humanly possible now
Improperly marked lot. We paid at the pay station, but was for another company. Got a $98 ticket with no help from Impark. Basically fraud.
