Great spot to bring your bike for service. Jim did an outstanding job on a drivetrain swap for two different bikes I brought him. Highly recommend.
I cant say enough about Impala. Everyone from the service desk to the upstairs sales are friendly and welcoming. I've brought my bike in for service twice and although recommendations were made, they understood my budget constraints and never pressured to go beyond it. Purchased many bike parts, clothing and accessories, a brand new Cervélo Caledonia, gone here for bike servicing and have also completed a bike fitting here. Every single visit has been nothing short of friendly, precessional and educational. The staff are more than happy to help you find whatever you’re looking for and answer all of your questions.
