Awesome staff. The sales guys are great. Bought my first trail bike couple weeks ago and have already come in and out of this store several times buying accessories, asking questions, and they’ve been very patient and helpful with me. The service guys downstairs are very knowledgeable and easy going as well. Not quite sure what the “intimidating” vibe is from other reviewers. It feels warm and inviting to me. Definitely recommend this bike shop if you’re experienced or just getting started like myself!
Paid 170$ for a tune up only to have the bike I brought in ride the exact way It did when I brought it in. First ride out I did 4 km and walked my bike home the last km as the chain was not functioning correctly and the gears were not changing as they said they fixed. Chain snapped. Huge waste of 170$. If you can’t fix it don’t say you can. Man up and don’t scam people.
Absolutely love impala!!! The guys in the service department are always so friendly and helpful. I had this wicked creaking in my bike that I couldn't figure out for the life of me, they managed to figure it out an fix it!! Its completely silent now!!!🥳 Don't let this amazing bike shop intimate you! Prices are always great and fair and they call you to let you know what your bike needs and the cost and get your go ahead before proceeding with any work. Seriously the best bike shop in Durham Region!
Amazing service shop. Props to Evan. He has the strength of Hercules and the hands of Doogie Howser. I'm so glad I left it to Impala to fix my bike up properly. And talk about express service. A difficult problem solved in one day. Not kidding. I can't say enough really. Merci beaucoup
Got 2 bikes services with one needed an overhaul and another one just getting light tune up and replacing a shifter. Both came back riding pretty smooth except for one issue with one bike not shifting well after a bit. Dropped by so a technician can take look. The guy fixed it in minutes. And that's without mentioning their selection of bikes. Definitely will be keeping them in mind for my next bike purchase
