First, the workmanship was good to very good BUT …. Without boring everyone, suffice it to say their communications was terrible. They missed appointment times, AND they don’t tell you about how long it is going to truly take to install – oh, and BTW their crews quit at 2:30pm every afternoon which is probably the reason it takes so long. 2 days to install 3 medium size windows.
