I’m very disappointed in this company and will never ever buy anything from them again. I purchased this eye cream from the PNE 2025 in Vancouver. At the time of purchase, I didn’t notice any signs or anything regarding their return policy. I have very sensitive skin and end up being allergic to a lot of products. I tested the eye cream on my jawline to see if I’d get a reaction to it. I was in the market for a new flat iron and was approached by a salesperson at an Soliel booth operated by Impactful Beauty at the PNE. The sales tactics were very high-pressure and felt dated, similar to a timeshare presentation. My friend and I were both told that the product came with a lifetime warranty included in the price. The salesperson repeatedly emphasized this as a key benefit.
