Scammed my mom at the B.C. P.N.E. over $2500. No ability to find the saleswoman to honor a 12 day refund. Fraud company. Beware.
I was approached at the spruce grove Xmas market and she told me to sit down while she showed me how the Soleil styling comb would be amazing for my hair. She continued to do my whole head while many people stopped by to watch. She basically pressured me in purchasing as others were waiting to try it. I’m very disappointed in this company and will never ever buy anything from them again. I purchased this eye cream from the PNE 2025 in Vancouver. At the time of purchase, I didn’t notice any signs or anything regarding their return policy. I have very sensitive skin and end up being allergic to a lot of products. I tested the eye cream on my jawline to see if I’d get a reaction to it.
