I always wanted to try a form of martial arts. I started taking kickboxing classes in August and felt very welcomed by the coaches and staff. I would recommend it to everyone it is a great way to stay in shape and learn new skills.Â
I’ve been training at Impact Zone with Justin V, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Justin is an outstanding coach who brings a positive attitude to every session, making each workout both challenging and enjoyable.
