Nice gym, clean, great people
The membership price is on the higher side, but the gym itself is one of the best in the area, so overall I’ve been satisfied. This review is specifically about how the Christmas Eve closing was handled, which I found very unprofessional. I arrived around 3:10 and was told I had 45 minutes to work out. I double-checked the Instagram post and saw that the posted closing time was 4pm, which should have been sufficient. I’ve been a member of Impact Zone for over 2 years now and I honestly can not say enough good things about it. Between the staff, coaches, equipment, classes, community and cleanliness; it’s a home away from home. I recently participated in Aga’s 3 week Thanksgiving challenge and I’m so happy I did it. Aga’s knowledge and support was incredible. She brings workouts to another level and incorporates a nutrition program to fit your individual needs. Joining Impact Zone has been the best decision I have made in 2025 regarding my health and wellness. The gym itself is immaculate, has an amazing selection of rooms and machinery, and it’s clear the staff cares about the people even more than maintaining the equipment (which is wiped down constantly). The staff and the membership are both welcoming and friendly. The entire community is genuine, caring, and supportive of one another.
