This facility is the height of knowledgeable and proactive self care. Everyone there is knowledgeable, caring, and genuine. I would highly recommend the Flowpresso treatment for treating inflammation and reducing stress.
Wow this facility and trainers are top class. I had to It is amazing how much knowledge you receive about your body during your time at Impact Your Fitness. Will definitely be coming back soon!
I had my first session with Jen and Cassandra last week. They were very welcoming and attentive to my lingering ankle injury! They are both extremely knowledgeable and masters of their craft! I look forward to future sessions with these wonderful ladies!
