Impact XM (Fleet Services) required payment in full during the holiday period while most of our team was on PTO, tied to invoices that were issued weeks to months after services were rendered. While notice was technically provided, the timing and execution created unnecessary pressure when our assets were already scheduled for transfer. In addition, Impact XM shipped our exhibit materials to incorrect locations, compounding delays and operational disruption.
