UPDATE #2 (06/05/2020): I just spoke with T-Mobile, as that is the company that they claimed to be providing services through at the time that I purchased the equipment. They confirmed that they have no affiliation or contracts with Impact Wireless or One Wireless World. They also said that they never have. Also...They checked the IMEI # for my tablet and told me that the tablet that was sold to me was returned in 2018 to their warranty exchange program.
