UPDATE #2 (06/05/2020): I just spoke with T-Mobile, as that is the company that they claimed to be providing services through at the time that I purchased the equipment. They confirmed that they have no affiliation or contracts with Impact Wireless or One Wireless World. They also said that they never have. Also...They checked the IMEI # for my tablet and told me that the tablet that was sold to me was returned in 2018 to their warranty exchange program. They confirmed that my tablet is defective and was a returned product... read more

The worste service from a sprint store I've ever had
I took my phone to their service/repair center in downtown Boise. The staff there is always great and they fixed my phone the same day for FREE (glad I have insurance). Thanks again.
I have had almost every cell phone carrier offered. When it comes down to it for me, Imapct Wireless haa the most knowledgable staff and seemed to be very honest wich is hard to find in a cell phone sales rep. They are always right on top of any issues I have ever had and have provided the best customer service I have ever recieved for services I use. I would highty reccomend Impact Wireless as they personaly back up their product and seem to care about me as a customer.
