They installed the front door at my house. Door never closed correctly. They advised it was due to being an impact door. Months later I was tired of having to pull and push the door in order to open or close it. I called them but they never came by to help me with the issue. Now I'm looking for someone to come by my house and align the door.
Impact Windows USA is a great company to work with. Diego handled all the paperwork and permits to remove a 12 ft section of windows and install the insulated Lift and Slide door by Eurocraft. We wanted 2 solid panes of glass not 3 like all other manufacturers options for our 12 ft opening. It is a focal point of the family pool/pool area. Guys disappeared after full payment doesn’t get back to me anymore. Job is almost completed but completely ignoring we have an issue to be repaired
