I really like the place I went there because they told me I could do walk-in and I just needed like nine cornrows and they told me to come back at 1:00 pm and I’m there sitting and nobody shows up my time is very valuable Highly disappointed
The worst experience I’ve ever had. I have locs and been to the salon a week ago, the outcome was okay, ngl but the customer experience? Debatable I took my cousin to the salon because she liked my hair and wanted something similar, we talked to the contact person who talked us into coming he will do it, we got there he then told us someone else will do her hair.
