The Impact Team really wants people to be healthy and they're completely honest about what they offer. Great people!
When Impact Fitness purchased the preceding gym (Soken Fitness) they told existing members that the training style would remain the same. It did not. They immediately installed 6 new dumbell stations and changed to a Crossfit type routine. As a result, my wife, who trusted them as coaches, hurt her knee so badly she was unable to walk up stairs for a year and a half. The owners are very nice people but not experienced working with seniors.
Love this gym! Love the trainers! They are attentive during workouts to ensure proper form and creative in planning their workouts to make each session new and fun. I've hit PRs and have made major improvments toward my goals! I look forward to my morings at Impact Total Fitness.
