I had very little confidence I could do any kind of fitness program in public. The trainers worked with me and guided with baby steps because I couldn't handle anything more than that. Looking at bag tosses and box jumps in the beginning I thought, "there's no way," but I conquered it! The kickboxing moves, strength/conditioning, and women's defense classes gave me the empowerment I was looking for.
This is a great place to workout!!! The trainers are all great. Keeps me motivated.
I was always one to never want to be a member of a gym . Then a friend finally convinced me to join Impact Strong and it became more than just a place to work on my health. I gained a whole new family. Regardless if I'm having my best day or worst day trying to push through my workout there is never any worry of being judged, just an amazing group of ladies to help encourage you.
