Great place with very motivating staff. Came here from crossfit the workout is just as hard but it is also fun, so I dont hate going. I also enjoy that if you are short on time you can do a 30 minute class instead of an hour.
First time going and can't wait to keep going! Great friendly staff and very helpful. Great atmosphere and even better workout.
