Thank you so much to Andrew for helping us when our hot water system died, especially for hooking up a temporary system to get us through the few days before they could do the installation. Andrew was happy to quote all the options and cared about getting the hot water back on for our family. Thanks to friendly Dan who did the install too.
The sales/info/service from GermanTech was excellent (I tend to ask a lot of questions and back-and-forth a lot :) ) Nothing was too difficult, every question I had was answered, and all involved were completely professional on all parts of the job, with plenty of time to walk me through the various components. Highly recommend.
These guys went out of there way to fit us in over the Xmas new year period, our old unit was leaking and required replacing, thanks guys, couldn't be happier, regards Dave

We are very pleased with Impact Solar’s German Tech Solar Hot Water System, during the present rainy weather with overcast days the panels have performed superbly and we have had hot water without needing to put on the booster. The service was excellent, contact was quick and easy and the plumbers came on time and did the installation efficiently and carted away the old system. I had contacted the supplier of the original system but found them hard to contact (too many menu buttons) and their price was, I thought, exorbitant... read more
