We purchased a Heat pump water heater. The professionalism of the quote together with an honest all inclusive price were the things that stood out for us. The price was competitive and warantee good. When we placed the order we were warned before paying the deposit that there would be a delay due to the volume of orders. Highly recommend. We have a fantastic solar system with 15kw solar panels, Fronius 10Kw inverter and 13Kw BYD battery, at a great price, with the highest quality products, and the level of customer service has been second to none.
Thank you so much to Andrew for helping us when our hot water system died, especially for hooking up a temporary system to get us through the few days before they could do the installation. Andrew was happy to quote all the options and cared about getting the hot water back on for our family. Thanks to friendly Dan who did the install too.
The sales/info/service from GermanTech was excellent (I tend to ask a lot of questions and back-and-forth a lot :) ) Nothing was too difficult, every question I had was answered, and all involved were completely professional on all parts of the job, with plenty of time to walk me through the various components. Highly recommend.
These guys went out of there way to fit us in over the Xmas new year period, our old unit was leaking and required replacing, thanks guys, couldn't be happier, regards Dave
