This was the second time I’ve used Impact Shades for a motorized shade installation. I upgraded to the Somfy Zigbee system, which is a big improvement over my previous setup. The system is quiet, works well, and integrated seamlessly with Google Home. I was very pleased with the installation, the clear communication, and the technician’s knowledge of the system.
Excellent service by Marco, he really goes the extra mile to provide you with options based on window complexity and budget. We have gable windows and were trying to figure out the best way to keep the beauty and sleekness of the window but also be able to create a blackout effect for bedrooms. We ended up keeping the gable open and putting automatic shades on the bottom part, the framing of the system fits seamlessly in our window frame and it looks like it’s part of the window! We have already received many compliments.
I've used Marco multiple times and found him to be unprofessional and hostile. He’s also overcharged and taken advantage of our situation on more than one occasion. His rates are higher than others offering the same work, and the experience overall has been unpleasant. We won't be using his services again.
Highly recommend ! My drapes in my living room, dinning room and office really added a lot of height and fullness to my rooms. Reasonable with price and top quality! Very happy with the results :)
