This company has been so amazing to grandmother. Very helpful with any problem that arises on the property! She has trouble getting help with things since she’s not too good at technology, and they have provided so many recourses to her!
The staff at Impact have always been kind and helpful. It’s hard to believe some of these reviews on here based on our experience. The entire process of signing our lease to moving in was seamless and convenient. They have gone out of their way to make sure our maintenance requests have been addressed in a timely manor. I truly can’t say enough kind things about this company!

TRASH. Reduculous. Fraudulent. Scamming you straight from the beginning this Realty investment Company/ family owned? Has the same properties available every other month due to their negligence false advertisement and only way to collect money. Their lease isn't even legit one half calling it a dwelling another half calling it an apartment. They don't fix..look..make any effort to even attempt to fix any maintenance issues . Always been honest with us as long as we have rented from them in the past 3 years. they also have fixed everything we have needed in a timely manner from new ac/new garage door that broke from normal wear and tear , repipe the gas to the house so are kids could have hot showers before first day of school , also had to replace water heater at the same time of gas repipe which we know are all costly maintenance that most realtors make you wait a week for anything to get done!! Awesome honest company!!!!!
