Hot water heater leaking when we got home Friday night. We called the emergency # they call back and said they would call back Saturday morning. Saturday morning they call back and the maintenance man is out of town. Now we have to wait until Monday morning because they won't hire plumbers to come replace the hot water heater. The owner calls and says if I want to pay the $800 he will call and have the plumbers come out. Awesome landlords
Ive tried to be patient. Trust me I have, and im not usually the one to make reviews but i found an exception for this one , Because I really needed this house when I got it. But I paid over five thousand dollars to get into it . And I've never been Treated like a priority when it comes to maintaining it. Ive been put off for months at i time when I needed something fixed . And im finding several things wrong with the house im pretty sure im gona be blamed for so I dont get my deposit back.
