I had a very disappointing experience with Amit Handa. His attitude was unprofessional, and the way he spoke was completely inappropriate. Instead of handling matters respectfully, he was rude and dismissive, making the interaction frustrating and unpleasant. Good customer service is about communication and respect, but unfortunately, that was lacking here. I would not recommend dealing with him based on my experience.
