Impact Performance has been life changing for me! I’ve always been a very active person, however in recent years struggle to find the motivation. Coach Purvis creates a welcoming, judgement-free atmosphere; with a fun, yet challenging daily routine. For the last few years I have been at a weight loss plateau, but with the help of Impact and my fellow team mates, I have lost inches and the most fit I’ve been in a very long time!
