After a severe car accident resulting in a open pilon fracture having 3 plates and numerous screws to put my ankle back together. Derek has been amazing in encouraging and supporting my daughter in her goals. He develops workouts around her goals but most importantly he is helping her do develop a positive mindset. To dream big and work hard anything is possible. On top of all this she loves to go and workout at Impact Performance.
My son and daughter went and are still going. They both love it and have improved their sport performance!
