I had Deep and his team install a 30sqm canopy for me. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The job felt extremely rushed – the team were even working late into the evening, which has led to ongoing issues such as multiple leaks in the joins and large gaps in the gutters. I’ve given time for these problems to be addressed, but sadly there’s been no communication from Deep or any follow-up to fix the faults. We have had a canopy installed as part of our home renovations so the photos are unstaged. Deep and Impacts builders were so good! Very knowledgeable, professional and polite. They all worked together so well. They were amazing at listening to our preferences and needs and completing everything to a great standard. We are very happy with the finished product and look forward to getting blinds soon. We highly recommend this product and company.Â
