We had a consultation today and I felt compelled to share what an exceptional experience it was. The first consultation is 20 minutes and completely free for anyone under 20, which already sets a generous tone. From the moment we walked in, everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. There were treats for the kids, coffee and water available, and a warm, inviting environment that immediately put us at ease. The reception team was outstanding.
