Highly recommend impact nutrition for all your meal prep needs!! The pre-made meals are DELICIOUS and have the nutrition information labeled for each meal. Their salads are delish - my favorite is the Caesar salad. The smoothies are great! The açaí bowls are even better!!! I also love stocking up on my favorite protein bars and energy drinks when I’m there. Overall, love impact nutrition and the staff!
Impact Nutrition is my go-to for healthy eating made easy! The ready-to-go frozen meals are perfectly portioned and macroed out, which makes grabbing something healthy on busy days so simple. The açaí bowls are absolutely to die for—fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. I also love all the products they carry, especially the greens and protein powders. Everything tastes great and helps me stay on track with my health goals. Highly recommend!
Impact is my go-to for quick, healthy lunches when I forget my lunch or skip weekend meal prep. The prepared meals are always filling, delicious, and leave me feeling good about my choices, and I can never leave without grabbing a few of their irresistible snacks. Quest chips hit the spot when I want something salty, and Barbell protein bars satisfy my sweet tooth every time. And Casey is always helpful and makes great recommendations.

Impact is everything I want from my local nutrition store. The staff consistently points me in the right direction! They have helped me with products that build muscle, lose weight, and give me extra energy for workouts! And perhaps the stand out attraction of the Impact experience is their prepped meals! I am a sucker for the Teriyaki Chicken! Delicious and healthy! The easiest 5 Stars I’ve ever given.
