They recently rebranded to Pearly and, in short, go elsewhere. My sons were seen by their mobile dentist at their daycare centre and there multiple delays on their arrival in line with recent reviews. The dentist was nice, though not the most thorough. After paying I received an invoice that was missing the dentist's provider number so I could claim from my health fund. If I could give zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Didn't end up attending my child's daycare and aren't refunding the cost of the service ($99) that they didn't do!!!!! Even the language they use in emails is so unprofessional. THIEVES!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS BUSINESS FOR YOUR DAYCARE OR PAY THEM ANY MONEY!!! I have spoken to my child's daycare and they also agreed that they had trouble with communication and bad customer service from this business and will no longer be booking them.

Paid $99 for visual teeth check for 4 years old kid!!, no xray , and there report is all general comments(e.g. don't eat sweets, no juice) like I don't know that already. And then a note:please be sure to take ur child to dentist to do proper examination and pray!!) Aren't u a dentist?!!

Beware might be scammers. Don’t fulfill their promises. After going via my children’s daycare to get us to book appointments, I was sent invoices and calendar invites for the appointment. Didn’t contact me before the appointment about CDBS eligibility like they said they would in writing, then didn’t turn up to my children’s daycare when they said they would, I have contacted them a few times to find out what’s going on, to no avail. I paid $99 for my child to be seen when they visited day care. When they visited the day care his name was not on the list to be seen because of an over sight on their part. I'm still waiting for my refund and it's been over 2 weeks. No one can give me information of when or where my refund will be paid to. Very unhelpful and would not recommend this service if they come to your day care. Better off organising a dental visit yourself somewhere else.
