Micro needling was great My skin looks and feels fantastic
Since Jewel left, this place has become ridiculous: treatments that should take 1h are poorly and quickly over in 20 minutes or so, by arrogant personnel. In Oakville there are spas every corner, well equipped, not worth spending any money here.
Botox is tricky so you need a well trained, very experienced technician. The woman I had was senior at the clinic, and listened to my concerns rather than over inject in places others have said will help with lines/sagging, that I knew Botox wasn't suited for. We also discussed injections; a scary thing for me. But her approach was less is more, and only if I'm comfortable so she didn't press me, just educated me. The salon is beautiful and they're super helpful.
I am so pleased that I found Impact Medical! The staff are amazing and I am so pleased with my results. Can’t ask for much more than that! I have had THE BEST experiences at Impact!
