These guys are absolutely fantastic. Whenever I need something done they're right on top of it. Customer service is always friendly. I really appreciate working with the team at Impact!
Repeatedly requested a new Medicaid Card for my disabled daughter that Impact Mailing Services was contracted through the state of NC to print and mail. Took over 60 days with multiple emails, calls etc to finally get a card and it was wrong. Do NOT recommend.
Awesome staff, extremely friendly and man do they move some skids! Shout out to the drivers, they do a great job!
