Very stressful settlement we ever been through. Multiple issues should be addressed long before settlement, but no one followed up or double checked, settlements delayed couple times. Received outstanding rate notice from council one month after settlement, which shouldn’t happen if the search has done correctly. Emailed to follow up couple of time, still no outcome.
