I was recommended this company by my neighbors as they had done a good job historically. Unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience with Impact Lawnscaping. I was incorrectly charged, which they admitted was their mistake. Instead of handling it professionally, the "owner" became defensive and accusatory.
