Great Company and excellent customer service
Absolutely PATHETIC company. All I ever hear from them is “Give us a chance to make it better.” They’ve been given 5-6 months to “make it better,” to no avail. I have no choice. At least for the moment. Our HOA hired them. Ugh. My and our grasses are nearly dead! If I had hire them as an individual, they’d be fired by now!!!! Weeds, weeds, weeds. Bug damage that they aren’t taking care of and brown lawns. Pathetic!
This company is the worst landscaping company I have ever had to deal with, They Butcher your Hedges,Cut them crooked, I was told that in order for them not to trim your trees, you had to buy red flag sticks and have them visible. That way they would know not to trim your hedges., Lo and behold, they ignored the red flag sticks and butchered my hedges again. I know I just did a write up yesterday but this is about a Company going way above and Beyond. On Thursday I met with Rubin the Impact Contact for my area. I am in the process of building a Lanai in my backyard. In all the things going on I never contacted Impact about turning off the irrigation. Basically I was in a real bind because my Contractors begin this Monday. Rubin understood my problem and told me someone would be out before the weekend to take care of it.
