Charles came to do 5 zones winterization and only took less than 5 minutes. He blown all zone all at once and was in a rush all the time. I paid and watched my video, realizing water was not completely blown out and he disconnected. I texted him and he called with an attitude telling me to find someone else. How about a refund if he is not willing to return finish the work
Truly Outstanding Service! Charlie is absolutely amazing. When I first looked into this company, I saw some reviews mentioning that Charlie could be hard to reach, and I have to admit I hesitated because I thought that might be a big issue. And yes, in the beginning, Charlie was very busy and not as responsive as other companies might be before a job is confirmed.
