I would encourage everyone to read my story before buying home from impact homes and i would recommend don’t buy home from impact homes. Worst experience with the builder. I would explain my story so i booked the under construction home and the possession was in march 2025. I was told to pick the appliances in December 2024 with trail appliances which i did with minor upgrades to the appliance. But the bill i got from trail that i owe $4100 something for the appliances and $2450 is only covered by the builder and i have the ... read more
You go into purchasing a new home in hopes the developer has the residence best interest at heart. Unfortunately- my experience, as well as other residence within Impact Homes build at Pier 14, has been quite the opposite of this. Upon moving into my new condo, developed by Impact Builders in the Pier 14 building in Summerland- I came to realize they had placed the AC unit for the suite above mine directly above my bedroom (it’s a tiered, wood building.)
