These guys are absolutely AMAZING!! Far exceeded our expectations!! This family owned business (a fantastic family of great faith I might add), was honest, on-time, took every measure to protect our home and did a FIRST CLASS JOB!! Removed our old shower and doors, and replaced it with a superior laser finished wall-and all the top grade accessories! Don’t bother with the others! Call this TEAM at IHS!
I've had nothing but problems with my shower system since I had it installed in October of 2021. Shower walls are buckled out and have several air pockets behind the wall itself. Now they're appears to be mold forming in my seams and around the floor plan and bottom of the wall. I've spoke with the owner and my sales rep about my dissatisfaction and was offered no solution to my problems.
We are in awe of the work that Impact Home Solutions performed in transforming our space into something magnificent. They remodeled 5 of our main living area spaces and we couldn't be happier. Sean and Rick were good to work with, but Blake was the superstar. His craftsmanship, attention to detail and excellent communication made this project go smoother than we had anticipated. Highly recommend for all of your remodel needs! When we do our master bath in a few years, we will definitely be hiring them again.
