Choosing to work with this company has been one of the worst mistakes of my life! I have been waiting for my solar panels to get energized for almost a year now, and it's been 18 months since I agreed to purchase the panels ( so much for a 6-8 week lead time). Part of the agreement was that they would pay for the monthly payment until the panels are turned on. I have to call them every month in order to get a reimbursement check. I am having a system installed currently and have a lot of good things to say about this company so far. The equipment looks very professional and the install looks professionally installed. All the people I have had contact with are always courteous and polite. I just received my electric bill and its higher than I've ever had in my life. Also, thanks goes out to Gary from impact, good man.
