Our AC broke down on a hot day, and Impact came within hours. The technician was knowledgeable, fixed it fast, and didn’t try to upsell anything. Great service — I’ll definitely use them again!
In the midst of a 40 degree heat wave, our A/C unit went on us. The team from impact was here in two days to replace our unit! They wanted to come in one day, but we weren't home. Totally impressed as we figured it'd take awhile in a heatwave. Had us up and running again by early afternoon. Great service!!

Our A/C was not working properly, a friend recommended Marc. We called and he came within a couple of hours to check it out. He offered a couple of options and we decided to go with a new unit as ours was 17 years old. He was able to locate the recommended unit for pick up and installation on the next morning. We were very pleased as it during the heat wave! I would highly recommend Marc and Impact due to his reasonable pricing, work ethic and great customer service.
