Very poor customer service. Dendra has taken advantage of my elderly father when the hearing aids he paid $9000 for failed to work correctly. This occurred almost immediately upon purchase. There was a constant echo that made these invalid for my father. Dendra has failed to rectify the issue despite being contacted several times. We have a paper trail of communication where Dendra has skirted around the issue and refuses to acknowledge fault. We are still trying to get our money back. I would avoid at all costs.
I visited Impact Hearing for my first hearing aid fitting. I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time. I was not made to feel welcome. The audiologist was not prepared for my appointment and had trouble locating my hearing aid, when finally locate it needed to be charged??? When it was deemed to be charged enough I had to have a hearing test so it could be programmed, the audiologist had a coughing spasm throughout the test, finally getting some water which didn’t really help. Thorough testing and truly independent, providing unbiased advice on the best solution, (unlike others in the area), and so, I have no hesitation in recommending Dendra and her team. Looking forward to my next visit !
