This is my third time having to visit Impact Healthcare and every time has been 5 stars! I was greeted with kindness from the beginning at the front desk to the end. I was only there 5 minutes before they called me to the examination room. FNP-BC Mitchell and Nurse Patience were so professional, informative, kind and gentle. I recommend Impact Healthcare! If you are in vacationing in Emerald Isle and need to go to an urgent care don’t even thinking about trying to go to the one on the island just drive straight to this one! The one on the island will likely be booked for, and you will just be wasting precious time. The doctor was very good to me when I had to go on an emergency visit while I was on vacation
The best experience we have ever had at a medical facility.. prompt, friendly and really listened to our situation. Highly recommend this place!
