Front desk lady was rude and unhelpful.
The staff at this location are amazing. I had difficulty getting a prescription filled for several days and they figured out a way to fix the problem in five minutes. I love the staff at Impact - they provide the best care I have ever received.
Kirsten was extremely friendly and helped calm my brother in law down. She removed a barbed fish hook and saved the day!
I always tell people I have the best FNP. Kirsten, has always made me feel heard since my first visit with her this year. She has played a major role in my life so far and my husband and I are so blessed that she is our provider!
Starting going here about a year and a half ago. Jackie at the front desk is amazing, but unfortunately she is leaving soon . I started out seeing Sandra and she was good but has since retired. The new Doctor Kirsten is great! She seems to actually care about her patients and listens when you talk. Recently things have changed, they have so many patients now and only one doctor.
