I’ve been coming here since 2017. My experience has always been great! I’ve seen a few come and go but my nurse (Kenosha) is one of the BEST I’ve ever had! One thing about her is she ALWAYS and I do mean ALWAYS makes sure I’m well taken care of and she does so with care!! Her time, patience and care is unmatched!!! Kenosha and Dr Ellis is and will ALWAYS be my favorites!!
I absolutely love impact health care. I’ve been a patient with them for almost 5 years now and I am 100% happy. The doctors take their time with me and treat me like a person not an addict. The counselors are also very helpful with any life problems that I may have. J Mixon Lowe is by far the best one I’ve had. He takes his time and addresses all my concerns. And best of all he listens. Dr Ellis is my favorite doctor and he tells you straight like it is and in recovery you need to hear it. As long as you do what you are supposed to do they will be your BIGGEST cheerleaders! They support your recovery a 1,000%. If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff and all the people at Impact are the absolute best. I have been coming here 5 years and they still treat me like family.
