Edit in 2026 After consulting with other therapists and experiencing what professional, supportive therapy should look like, I have since realised how unprofessional Jenny’s conduct was. I would not recommend her services to others. 1. We have been going to this practice for almost a year separately. We both love we don't have to deal with a receptionist or have the anxiety of payment on the way out. Dr John is punctual and very personable.
Zero care and zero outcome! I was told to write in a journal at 3.30 am when I woke every night. No suggestions, no follow up, no ideas other then someone sounding like they’re reading from their uni book. Luckily I’ve learnt more from watching you tube over the last couple of nights. It’s a big Zero from me.
I had six sessions with Jenny. She was quite friendly and nice overall, and during the first three sessions, she seemed attentive and supportive. However, during the third session, while I was sharing my experiences of being bullied, I noticed she nodded off briefly, which made me feel like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously.
