Professional equipment. Very clean. 24 hour access. Reasonable membership prices. People who complain about space, price and equipment, don’t know how to properly train. More than likely the people who are unable to grasp the concept of “ 3- 4 sets max”. Instead standing around exchanging social pleasantries. Get over yourself.
I recommend this gym for anyone who lives in Massena, NY. It’s: 1) very clean 2) friendly staff (the owners) 3) open 24 hours a day 4) in town 5) decent price This gym would be perfect but it is a small space and there are few machines. It’s a great place, just manage when you go carefully or your workouts will take much longer. From 1-10, my rating would be 8. Good job, people . Live long and prosper !
This gym has a small selection of workout equipment, don’t have much to choose from. It’s very expensive and not worth the time. If you’re a bra free girly you will not be accepted here.
