PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. Received product 10+ days after ordering. I bought a "brand new" KP9 from these guys. Once the item arrived the gun did not have the bolt lock plastic on it when I opened in front of the person from dealership the gun was shipped to. I did not think much of it. Once coming home, I started noticing a lot of cosmetic damages from outside. The gun dealer they shipped my gun to is making it impossible for me to pick up my gun. I have been trying to pick it up for more than 2 week. The dealer gives very specific time, I.e., I will be here until noon today and then I am out of town for a week and a half. When I called Impact Guns to say I wanted a refund, they were rude and completely unhelpful. They just say it’s your problem now. You work it out with the dealer. I would not recommend you buy anything from them.

Placed an online order for an in-stock item and waited 5 weeks before receiving an email telling me my order had been cancelled. 6+ unanswered email attempts in that 5 week window as well. I made 2 attempts at calling the customer service office but gave up after 40+ minutes waiting. In that same time frame, the item is now impossible to find in stock anywhere else. I used many online gun/accessories retailers and this was one of the worst experiences.

Only received half of my order. Took weeks to get them to respond and when they did, they refused to deliver the item that I paid for nor provide a full refund for the items that I paid for but never received. They blamed fedex for stealing some of the contents out of the package and says that it happens all of the time and is a regular issue that they have.
