I had terrible encounters with the owner, Duke. He did not seek any permission to trespass on my property. He made defamatory statements that are not true, and he lied to the police. No accountability, highly offensive, and unprofessional. Zero skills dealing with those who are impacted by his work.
We needed to get someone to do our retaining walls, driveway, walkway and porch. Impact did an amazing job. Looks great and we couldn't be happier.
We had Duke come give us a quote for a small walkway needed behind our pool. It wasn't a large job in comparison to what he and his crew are use to but they got it done for us before the pool is opened. Rick and Duke did an amazing job and we've already asked them to do another smaller job for us. Great work and really fair pricing. We can rest easy knowing the job was done correctly.
