Impact fitness systems is a clean, welcoming, and professional facility. My fitness and strength has significantly increased since going there and the programming is fantastic. Every time I walk in the door I am welcomed with a smile by one of the coaches. This gym is an awesome place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness!
I’ve stated it in numerous reviews and testimonials, but if you want a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff that are invested in you and your health and wellbeing, this is the place to train. Ifs has helped me become a better athlete and they always make sure that you are doing an exercise correctly and they are always helping out!
Great Facility, Great Staff! Personal Trainer- Tom was excellent! Very knowledgeable, My workouts were specific to what I needed. We made adjustments along the way. I would highly recommend IFS! Appreciate all you did for me!
