Danie and her husband are awesome trainers! I went to the Saturday morning group exercise class and it was fun. Ver positive atmosphere.
This is absolutely the best fitness studio in town and maybe in IA. :) Really well priced tailored fitness program, coaches that care and guide, if you have any body challenges you will be heard and your training will be designed accordingly. Grateful I joined this gym. The education, knowledge and dedication of Danie and Brady are superior to any gym I’ve been to or heard of. They are available and invested in their members and the environment is warm, friendly, and we all positively support each other. All ages, fitness levels, and people with health and or physical limitations are worked with on an individual basis. Life changing for me. I love Impact Fitness❤️
