Danie and her husband are awesome trainers! I went to the Saturday morning group exercise class and it was fun. Ver positive atmosphere.
This is absolutely the best fitness studio in town and maybe in IA. :) Really well priced tailored fitness program, coaches that care and guide, if you have any body challenges you will be heard and your training will be designed accordingly.
